The Chinese software is call Pleco. See www.pleco.com for more info. To summarize, it works on most current versions of Palm Pilots and Pocket PCs (see the website for recommendations on older models). It has character recognition, which is verrrrry nice. It has a couple dictionaries. Can look up in English, pingyin, traditional or simplified characters...
